Why Life Coaching?
People don’t always need therapy, but we all need support navigating life. You might know why you behave the way you do, but it’s so ingrained, so embedded, that you keep repeating the same patterns. You have an inner tugging towards your truth, but feel stuck about how to move forward. You are caught up in patterns that are no longer useful and you want to break free from them. At this point, knowing why isn’t helpful anymore. “Why” doesn’t help it release.
I help clients with the how.
How to change patterns and move forward, one tiny step at a time. I help you develop a road map that is anchored in your authenticity, your clarity, your choices, so you can step into your power, speak with clarity, and navigate unpleasant and overwhelming emotions that come when moving into your new, more desirable patterns, grounded in your core values.
Let me be clear, these choices are not always easy. You will have to do the work, the difficult and challenging work required to honor the path we feel calling us, that has been calling to us our whole lives.

Individual Coaching
Each one on one session lasts around 45 minutes, either virtually or in person, depending on your location. You will leave each session with potential next steps and more clarity about your issue. I also offer email support between sessions.
